Consultancy - we support a number of our clients in driving growth across all marketing channels, prioritising internal focuses, pushing service providers, forecasting & managing budgets, supporting internationalisation and lots more. We then also help with areas focused more on UX and technology, to maximise increases in traffic and allow for growth and scale. This would be more advisory-level support.
Auditing - we also regularly audit different areas of a growth strategy, covering different customer acquisition channels, general strategy (e.g. discounting vs full-price, the role of wholesale, effectiveness of DTC activity, business focuses, core proposition etc), technology and the end-to-end customer experience. The scope would be defined in a discovery session, with a view to solving specific issues or providing strategic guidance.
Marketing Execution - with paid media and some aspects of CRM, we do also handle the execution of activity, across all paid media channels and with a focus on email marketing and analysis on the CRM side. eCommerce paid media management is the biggest part of Vervaunt and is our core competency.
Hands-On Internal Support - we also, from time-to-time, provide more hands-on internal support, working with internal teams and actually building out the strategy alongside other team members. We'd then support with either execution or advising or both. We can be very involved with teams at some point to help get things done faster and ensure the right things are being prioritised.
