Our Paid Search Offering

Our search team is comprised of a number of experienced consultants, who have experience of scaling search activity for some of the biggest brands in the world. Our offering is centered around being more engrained in your business, working closer with different teams and being laser-focused on agreed KPIs and objectives (beyond just ROAS). We combine automation and manual work to create a more considered, strategic approach to paid search.

We initially work with the client to understand customer behaviour and their full catalog and offering, as well as their key markets and competitors. We then build out search accounts manually, with a focus on lower funnel, exact match queries. We have years of proven success when on-boarding PPC accounts and typically expand the exact match coverage by 4x. This leads to more control, cheaper CPCs and improved performance.

Most brands we work with also want to scale new customer acquisition and revenue, in addition to just improving efficiency. We often use RLSA and demographic / behavioural data to appear on broader head terms (e.g. sofa or dress) when we believe users are most likely to convert.

With Google moving towards automation, we also have an automated process to build out product-level DSA campaigns to individual product URLs. This allows ad copy to be extremely relevant whilst also proving more control over bidding.

On of our biggest selling points is our internal technology and scripts, with some examples of automated features including:

  • Pausing and enabling keywords based on stock availability (for key sizes for example)

  • Pausing and enabling + adjusting campaigns based on competitor activity (for example on branded terms)

  • Automated adding and recommending for negatives (based on rules)

  • We are also experts in catalog management and manage client product feeds in-house, allowing for us to be creative with product based ad copy and also pull in stock, complex pricing etc
