Platform selection - helping brands understand each platform and making a detailed recommendation based on your goals, compromises, customisations, technologies and other assessments.
Agency and development partner selection - supporting the selection of a new eCommerce development agency and SIs if needed, with a detailed assessment and comparison of experience, strengths, team structure and compatibility.

Our average scope includes more hands-on support through the replatforming project than an average consultancy agency – but we’re flexible to a brand’s needs and have no preference on the level of our involvement.
